Every month you’ll receive:

- Occasional surprise extras
3. When will my first box ship?
Your first box ships within 2 business days of subscribing.
Monthly boxes ship on the 15 of each month.
4. Can I skip a month?
Yes! You can skip any month from your account dashboard.
5. Can I cancel my subscription?
Absolutely. You can pause, skip, or cancel anytime.
There are no long-term commitments or hidden fees.
6. Can I choose my themes or accessories?
At this time, each month follows a curated theme for a cohesive styling experience.
However, we are exploring future customization options.
7. Will the accessories fit my handbag?
Yes — our accessories are intentionally chosen to work with most totes, satchels, shoulder bags, crossbody bags, and structured handbags.
SHIPPING FAQ
8. Do you offer free shipping?
For our recurring subscription boxes, we apply a standard delivery and handling fee of $9.99 per box. This ensures your curated accessories are tracked, insured, and arrive in pristine condition, ready for unboxing.
9. Do you ship internationally?
Not at this time.
10. How do I track my order?
Once your box ships, you’ll receive an email with your tracking information.
BILLING FAQ
11. When will I be charged?
You’ll be billed on the same day each month based on the date you subscribed.
12. What payment methods do you accept?
We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and Shop Pay.
13. What happens if my payment fails?
You’ll receive an email notification and your order will retry automatically.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES FAQ
14. Do you offer returns?
Due to the curated nature of our boxes, we do not accept returns on subscription items.
If an item arrives damaged, we will happily send a replacement.
